Each coaching journey is unique to the individual. As your coach, I will provide a framework to discuss and explore areas that you want to work on.
Together we will work towards achieving a greater level of clarity, supporting you to take the next steps to get to where you want to be.
This will include agreeing clear goals to focus on and exploring the barriers to change e.g., evaluating leadership skills to manage decisions, actions, and teams more effectively.
Throughout the coaching journey, your confidence will grow.
It takes a lot to take that first step in coaching. There are times when we struggle with work/life balance and need space to understand what is going on and how to move forward.
Your commitment to your coaching journey will help you on your journey of self-reflection, increasing your self-awareness but most importantly to achieve the change you want to see.

The first session is a discussion about what you want, explore what the goals are that you want to achieve. Generally, a comfortable conversation, establish the desired outcome.
If you wish to continue, the focus will be on where you want to go and navigating a way forward.
There will be a clear purpose, with me checking in with you on the outcome.
It is non -advisory – it is more effective if you gain your own insights and explore possibilities.
It will be a collaborative partnership, creating the conditions for the person to change.

Coaching is only transformative if it changes your perception/change of beliefs. Transformative coaching explores a client’s inner world of beliefs, assumptions, values, and expectations in order to create greater possibilities.
This is non-judgemental, person centred, confidential and trust-based relationship between the coach and the client.
Clients who want coaching are not broken and do not need fixing. The client sets the agenda and where they want to go. The coach respects the clients’ choices and learning style.
The coach will be honest, open, and authentic. They will let the client know if they are not the right coach for them.
It is positive and encouraging as possibilities are explored. Space is created for the client to self-actualise.
It is a partnership of equals; the transformative coach does not display that they have more knowledge.
It can challenge the client’s perspective and beliefs.
It is exploratory and purposeful. The coach will keep checking in with the client in case the desired outcomes have changed.
It is non-assuming; the coach will offer reflections and observations. The process is one of exploration – helping the client to reflect.
It is confidential, information stays between the client and the coach.

During our discovery call you will learn about me, the transformative process and how it will benefit you. We will discuss where you are now, what you want, and if known we will explore the goals you want to achieve.
Subsequent sessions
Each session will begin with a check in, but you, the client will direct the focus of the conversation.
Sessions are on -line and last 45-60 mins. The frequency can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly and can last an average of 4-8months but can be longer.
