I am a transformational coach, focusing on creating deep and lasting change for the person, their career, and the workplace.
My career started in healthcare in Dublin, and then moved to England where I continued to work within healthcare setting across diverse roles. I understand the human response to challenging circumstances and conflict in the workplace.
I completed my first life coaching course in 2014. In December 2024, I successfully qualified for the Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching with the ANIMAS centre for coaching. I work to the International Coaching Federation guidelines The Gold Standard in Coaching | ICF – Core Competencies (coachingfederation.org)
I have over 30 years’ experience of collaborating with people and teams. My focus has been supporting individuals and teams to create lasting change for themselves, teams overcome challenges and to achieve individual and team goals. Especially in relation to culture and transformational change.
The people I work with, are committed to making a change to improve their lives personal/professional and want to see lasting results and achieve their goals.
My belief is that each person has the potential to change by developing self-awareness, developing an understanding of their external environment, and guiding them to develop that internal change with self. Coaching provides the space for you to get to a more positive and confident place.
People ask me what happens in life coaching?
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change”. Carl R Rogers.
Through conversation I work with people to help them gain their own insights, help them develop their potential so they can change what they want.
